Reservations
Within 24 hours you will receive an email in response to your inquiry.
If the room is available we will request your credit card details, or if you prefer you will be sent the IBAN for payment via bank deposit.
The data from the credit card will be sent to the bank to authorize and guarantee the reservation. The reservation becomes binding only upon receiving a receipt for payment of the deposit.
On our receiving the deposit, you will receive a second email confirming the reservation.
In the case of fast check-in we do not require collateral. The reservation with a deposit or credit cards or bank transfer is valid until 10.30 am of the day following the day of arrival.

Deposit
Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the deposit is equal to 40% of the stay for a minimum stay of 7 days; 60% for stays from 4 to 6 days; 100% for stays from 1 to 3 days.
The deposit will be converted in advance the amount at the time of payment of the total stay, for which issued the corresponding tax certificate.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the contract, by the customer prior to arrival, is subject to the following provisions:

• The cancellation is notified at least 15 days prior to 12:00 hours of the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. The customer is entitled to the refund of any deposit paid at time of booking, net of costs incurred by the Inn (refund fee to wire € 5,00).
• The cancellations notified at least 7 days prior to 12:00 hours of the date of arrival, a charge of 50% of the deposit. The customer is entitled to refund of 50% of the deposit paid at time of booking, net of costs incurred by the Inn (refund fee to wire € 5,00).
• If cancellations are made belatedly (to 7 days before date of arrival) the deposit will be entirely withheld.
• In case of early departure or delayed arrival, in addition to payment of days enjoyed, will be withheld an amount equal to 30% of the total number of days not stayed (for a minimum stay of 6 days) at 100% of the total number of days not stayed (for stays from 2 to 5 days).
• In case of no-show, will be charged for the entire stay.

The termination of the contract by the Manager involves the payment of a penalty equal to twice the deposit. Data transmitted online are binding in legal terms.

Payment
Cash or bank cheques.
According to the existing legislation, we do not accept cash payments for amounts in excess of € 999.99.
